We're the roof washing people.
Locally owned, working the stretch of South Carolina between Spartanburg and Anderson. Roofs are the whole point.
Why roofs
Because we know roofs. That's the short version.
Plenty of companies will spray a roof. Not many of them know what they're looking at once they're up there, and a roof is a bad place to learn. We'd rather the person on your shingles understands how they're put together, where the water goes, and what happens when you point the wrong pressure at them.
We don't do roof repairs or replacements. But if we see something up there that looks wrong, we'll tell you what we saw so you can get a roofer to look at it. A pressure washing company that happens to spray roofs isn't going to catch that.
How we work
- Quotes by text, from photos, so you're not waiting on an appointment to find out a price.
- Pricing off square footage, or linear feet for gutters. No mystery number at the end.
- Soft washing on roofs and siding. Pressure only where the surface can take it.
- Most roofs get cleaned from the gutter line off a ladder. We get on the roof when the job needs it.
- Typically three to five days out, and about two hours on site for a roof.
- If we don't think a job is worth doing, or isn't safe to do, we'll tell you.
If you're not happy
Tell us and we'll come back and touch it up, no charge. We'd rather fix it than have you look at your roof and wish you'd called someone else.

The practical stuff
Insurance
Fully insured. Ask and we'll send a certificate before we start.
Payment
Cash, check or card.
Hours
Monday–Saturday, 9am–8pm. Text anytime — we'll answer during those hours.
Lead time
Usually three to five days out, weather permitting.
Access
You don't need to be home. We do need water at the house.
Rescheduling
Call or text as early as you can. Weather reschedules cost nothing.
