Home / Driveway & Concrete Cleaning
Concrete isn't supposed to be green.
Driveway, sidewalk and patio cleaning in Greenville, Spartanburg and the Upstate. Even passes, no zebra stripes.
What's actually on your driveway
Concrete looks porous up close because it is. Dirt, pollen, algae and mildew settle into it and stay. Add tire marks, a few oil spots, and whatever ran off the roof for the last five years, and the slab ends up two or three shades darker than the day it was poured.
Green patches along the shaded edge are organic growth, same family of problem as a dirty roof. They also get slick when wet, which matters on a walkway or pool deck.
Why we use a surface cleaner
A spinning surface cleaner covers concrete in even, overlapping passes. A hand wand does not — it leaves the arc marks you've seen on driveways all over town, and once they're there they don't blend back out. Edges, cracks and corners get detailed by hand after the main pass.
What we clean
- Concrete driveways and aprons
- Sidewalks and walkways
- Patios, porches and steps
- Pool decks
- Garage floors
- Curbs and retaining walls
About stains
Washing removes dirt and organic growth. Deep oil stains, rust and paint are a different job — sometimes they lighten a lot, sometimes they don't come all the way out. Send a photo of the stain and we'll tell you honestly what to expect before you book.

Driveway and concrete FAQ
How much does driveway cleaning cost?
Usually priced by square footage and condition. Text a photo of the driveway with the whole slab in frame and we can quote it.
Will it come back perfectly white?
It comes back to the concrete's real color, which on older slabs is not white. Dirt and organic growth come off; permanent staining and discoloration in the concrete itself won't.
Can you get out oil stains?
Sometimes they lighten significantly, sometimes they're set into the slab. Send a photo and we'll give you a straight answer instead of a guess.
Do I need to move my cars?
Yes please — the whole slab needs to be clear before we start.
How long does it take?
Most residential driveways are an hour or two depending on size and how much growth is on them.
Can you clean pavers?
Ask us. Pavers and stamped concrete need a lighter approach than a plain slab, and sand joints may need re-sanding afterward.
How is concrete cleaning priced?
By square footage, same as most of what we do. Send a photo of the driveway and we can usually quote it from that.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We'll come back and touch it up, free.
