Home / Pressure Washing
The right pressure for the surface.
Pressure washing where it belongs, soft washing where it doesn't. Serving Greenville, Spartanburg and Upstate SC.
"Pressure washing" covers two different jobs
People call every kind of exterior cleaning pressure washing. In practice there are two methods, and picking the wrong one is how houses get damaged.
Pressure washing uses force. It's the right call on concrete, brick, block and other hard surfaces that can take it — a surface cleaner on a driveway will do in an hour what a wand does in three, and do it more evenly.
Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution. It's the right call on roofs, siding, screens, soffits and anything painted. The solution kills the organic growth; the water just carries and rinses it.
Same truck, same crew, different nozzle. The surface decides.

Our process
Before we start
- Walk the area and flag anything fragile
- Find the water source and check flow
- Move what needs moving, cover what needs covering
- Pre-wet landscaping
While we work
- Test a small area first on anything unusual
- Even passes so there are no stripes or wand marks
- Rinse as we go so nothing dries with solution on it
- Keep an eye on runoff and where it's headed
Before we leave
- Rinse landscaping again
- Pack up and clear the driveway
- Walk the job with you if you're home
- Send photos if you're not

Pressure washing FAQ
How much does pressure washing cost?
It's priced by the surface and the size of the area. Send photos of what you want cleaned and we'll quote it.
Do you use my water?
Yes, we work off a spigot at the house unless we've arranged something else. We just need access to one that's turned on.
Can pressure washing damage my house?
It can, in the wrong place. That's why roofs and siding get soft washed and only hard surfaces get real pressure.
Do you do commercial work?
Our focus is residential, but we do take on smaller commercial jobs like storefronts, walkways and dumpster pads. Call and ask.
What if it rains?
Light rain usually isn't a problem. Heavy weather means we reschedule — we'll call you.
What do you take payment in?
Cash, check or card.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Tell us and we'll come back and touch it up at no charge.
